Coyote Valley is located south of San Jose and north of Morgan Hill. It is an ancient farmland of flat fields of produce and straw. Santa Teresa Boulevard runs down the length of the valley and rough roads branch off from it and dead-end into the hills to the east and the west. This scene of a tree struggling in a 1942 cement culvert is at the west end of Laguna Avenue.
This is an original painting by Robert Lewis.
